Map Dowsing
July 29th, 2011 by candydiamondSince dowsing seems to be of interest to my bloggers, I thought I would introduce you to “map dowsing”. It is invaluable in certain situations. If I were asked to find the best well site on a large piece of land, it could take a very long time to actually walk all of it with my dowsing rods to locate the best site. Instead, with a map, or drawing, of that tract of land I can use the pendulum and go over the map. The pendulum will indicate possible well sites and further define which would yield the best water. We would be looking for pure, drinkable water from a vein that is not too deep underground. That, of course, reduces the cost of drilling. In another situation where a person is missing, you might use a map of the general area and dowse for the location. I have a friend who dowsed Mt Washington for a young hiker who went missing. He found him quickly but also understood that he was no longer alive. He just gave the location to the searchers who had been unable to locate him and when they found him, they also found the sad news of his death. Similar to map dowsing is the ability to use a sketch of a house or property to locate water veins or negative earth energies for purposes of “clearing” a home of spirits or bad energy. As I said, I cannot even begin to know how this process works but it does. Somehow space seems to evaporate and it is as if you are right on location. As always, I believe if the need is real and the intention is pure, then the information or direction is given. You can expand the possible applications in your mind for this method of dowsing and find them to be endless. Better yet, just try it.
